capital one is still charging overlimit/past due fees on a credit card account 5178-05-22-1254-8875, which was opened 11/2001 paid and closed 11/15/2002. capital one reported the credit as charged-off which is a lie. in addition because of greed capital one issued fraudlent credit cards in my name.

in the past capital one as congress, news media and the federal reserve has sited capital one as one of the most corrupt credit card issuer in history

of the industry.

I, am joining the class action lawsuit against capital one today july 1, 2009.
