Capital One Retiring P2P (person to person) for ClearXChange - sucks
2016**** - Capital One is retiring is P2P services in fair of ClearXChange. P2P is a good services, easy to use, and works. ClearXChange is a service outside of CapitalOne, so you have to sign-up for it, accept their agreement, and have a new login and password (great, just what I need). Additionally, if you are sending money to someone who's bank isn't already part of ClearXChange, then THEY also have to sign up for a ClearXChange account and accept the user's agreement.
Capital One, don't fix something that isn't broken. Stick with P2P.

The newP2P SUCKS!!! I HATE it..
for more than one reason.
It is useless too me. For example, I tried to send a payment but I was informed I needed to enter the code they had just emailed.
No code arrived! Nothing, zip, nada, zilch..
Not in the inbox, not in spam, nowhere? What good is P2P is I cannot send a payment when I want?
EPIC FAIL!!!
