Capitol One Credit card company doesnt care about having a language line.

CAPITAL ONE complaint
I work for an insurance company and an individual that only spoke polish stopped by my office. He needed to activate his card and I said I can try to help him with it. But when I called capital one I was told that the account was going to collections and that was too much info for me to know. Therefore I asked for a polish operator, I was transferred to the spanish department. How is spanish the same language as polish? I asked the individual for a polish operator where i was told that they only have spanish and english operators. If Capitol one really cares about their customers they should have a language line, and also they should not hang up on their customers!!!!!

Here's a idea...........learn the language of the country you live in.

If someone applies for an account in English or Spanish, why would they expect to get service in Polish? In how many languages should companies be forced to provide service?
