I dont know what all of you are going to do, but for me I will put my trust in the Lord and let him take care of Satan his way.

Written by Carmen, on 12-09-2008 14:48 I owed 11k to Capital One on my car loan when I filed bk, now my credit report shows balance 0 and the credit statement is: 'legally paid in full for less than full balance' does anybody knows what that means? They have not tried to get the car or communicate with me so far. |

Currently there is a fight to nullify Binding Mandatory Arbitration as it is used by banks and credit cards, and is becoming an American business standard. Why? It defeats the U.S. constitution, and blocks victims from legal recourse, by using a justice system paid for by the credit card companies or businesses they represent. As is, the credit card companies you speak of are barely regulated, in part because they're above a constitutional based justice system. I believe in prayer, but also that faith without works is dead. These are evil greedy people stealing away our country, and our constitution. We have to do something to show our faith. Write your state reps and if and when we get a real president that's for the people, write them...endlessly. |
