CAPITAL ONE complaint by Missjoeli
I moved to Ohio and started my transfer of title in February, it has now been 5+ months and I still have NO TITLE for Ohio. My Indiana plates expired in April so my car that I pay 360/month has been sitting in the driveway since April. Does Cap. One care??? NOOO. I have spoken to countless title agents/supervisors...I have been transferred, hung up on and lied to countless times. Nobody cares about my frustration with them. I have been told "4-5 more weeks" at least 3 times now. This past Wed. I was told by a supervisor it would be overnited and I could go to the title office Thurs., didn't happen. Called back Thurs. they said it would be overnited Thurs. and the supervisor was making sure of it...didn't happen. This Monday morning when I called I was told it was definately sent out TODAY...we will see, but I wont count on it. I have written 3 letters to "customer service"-never have I received an apology. Nothing!! I will never use Capital One for ANYTHING ever again in my life! Nightmare!!!!!!!!!!
