Customer service is rude, they basically tell me sorry for my luck each time and eventually just hang up on me. They just continue to hold my payments so that it looks like my cards are maxed out, and of course I can’t use the money because it’s taken out of my bank...

I received a text and I didn't make the purchase

I filed a complaint of fraud about 3 months ago and you were supposed to send me a replacement card. I never received it. If you decide to send me a replacement, I would appreciate 1 that doesn't have a renewal fee and is one of the best cards.

Charging me $29.99 "Past Due Fee" for months, despite paying ahead of time.

I successfully pay my bills, electronically, several business days before the due date listed on my statements. Capital One has been ignoring that and charging me a past due fee, plus whatever interest on that amount (separate line item), for months. So far I haven't found a support agent that can tell time--let alone comprehend a massive, but clearly delineated, Capital One statement. How do I get them to stop fraudulently charging me? Should I take them to Small Claims?

User's recommendation: Check your credit statements, and know that corporations and banks are grifters, not friends.

I have been a customer with capital one since 2013, Ive never missed a payment. I paid off the balance on my account and instead of thanking me, they moved my billing date to charge me a special interest payment they must be really hurting for money. I bank with America first and these people know customer service they waive fee and chargers anytime I make a remark. Capital Ones customers should run, get away from the loan sharks worst banking experience I have ever had.

WORST SERVICE EVER - 2 MONTHS AND 2 CALLS AND STILL NO MILES CHECK

On about December 2, 2021, I called C-One, asking for a check to cash out my rewards. At that time they said it would take 15 days before I would receive a check in the mail. I opted for cashing my miles out, rather than receiving an account credit or travel ticket/merchandise. 18 days ago I called them again, asking what happened to my check. I got the "the check is in the mail" routine with the assurance that the check would be in my hands within 15 days. That would have been 3 days ago. I have been a business customer of theirs for over a decade, but will have to go elsewhere for service. Don't they know that their customers have many other opportunities to get service? Sad to see what used to be a great company go to ***

User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS, THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF GOOD SERVICE.

Missing 1099 Tax Forms

Haven’t received card after 2 months

Capital One - Haven’t received card after 2 months
Today was the fourth time I had to order my first cardthey keep saying it gets lost in shipping but Ive never had problems with other mail. They had me go through a process of verification to pay for express shipping just to go back and say it wasnt actually an option. Would switch to another bank but dont want to kill my credit score. Horrible first impression, hope it arrives someday.
