We have been with Capitol one Credit Card Company for over 14 years...very seldom did I not pay the total owed amount each billing cycle. My wife and I were out to dinner with two other couples last night for dinner. Our bills came the other couples paid with their credit cards...No problem. We were dclined TWICE by Capitol One on a $60.00 bill. I contacted them last night to see what was going on. They said it was a weekend and they did receive my money for my curent bill but had not posted the payment yet.Since it was not posted yet they declined my payment TWICE. I then called today to talk with a manager who gave me all the ...We're sorry , your business is important to us and "is there anything else we can do for you"...REALLY? I have 250,000 travel miles accumulated with these *** It crossed my mind ...Would they use this tactic to get me to cancel my card so they don't have to honor the miles? I was so mad that's exactly what I was going to do. I finally realized then they win. I will use MY MILES and then tell them to SCREW THEMSELVES

Worst Card Ever

I have a capital 1 venture credit card with a high limit. I used my card given I havent used in a while. I charged over 2k. I didnt pay off in Jan so, i expected interest charges. I paid off completely in Feb but see interest charges for Mar almost $15.00. Ive been late maybe once with this card. Contact customer service to ask if they can remove as a courtesy. Well, why not? I dont understand how I have interest if the card is paid off. I need to file a complaint with consumer protection because it doesnt seem fair. Not to mention my credit score is above 770 why is my interest rate so damn high. Going forward Im gonna stick with Amex. Definitely value their customers. Distinct difference in customer service. Amex knows if youre unhappy you wont use the card. They prefer youre happy with the service, card, and brand. Capital 1 spend all that money on advertising and still dont get customer services.

Kurtz knife switched quantity on me

I ordered ONE. (1). Kurtz brand knife for about $29.99 plus. about $9.98 s/.h. but at checkout they switched the order to FOUR knives. I called them and tried to get them to correct the order but wanted me to accept all4 and I could them etc. I persisted saying no just correct the order but to no satisfaction The rep. said I could get difference in cookbooks..In short, I think this a fraud company. Can you stop Payment etc.

They suck at everything

I just refi my car through them and hold five other accts In outstanding history for pmts. When they screw up and pay some of them twice and I think the Quicksilver is paid but they applied to wrong acct and wont resolve it on top hurts my credit and again I have been an outstanding customer this is the only card the mess with all the time it would upset anybody. Once my tax return hits my bank in 10 days I will be done with all Capital one accts so please beware they are not proficient on the phone or getting it right. Messing with someones credit scores are not fair nor funny

They stole my money

Still no funds says it’s in my account but every time I try to withdraw transfer or make a purchase it’s not there but every time I call oh sir your funds are available stop playing with my money

SThey have lied lied lied about me having access to my money having me run all over town to atms and banks telling me the funds are accessible but really they arent in the bank they steal your money make bad investments lose it then when u need your cash they dont want to give it to u theyve held my tax return and my paychecks for 3 weeks saying its a possible fraud transfer from the irs please whatever thief

I'm really sick of being treated like having my information stolen and used to compromise my financial well being like it's my fault when it most definitely wasn't my fault at all. My attorneys aware

When someone is a victim of identity theft you turn around and treat me as if it's my fault when it most definitely wasn't my fault at all. I've gotten nothing other than a hard time from capital one since this happened to me and it's done a good amount of damage on my end. Also my bill is due on the 7th and I when I paid it they gave me a late fee when I wasn't late. Paying on the 8th would be late not on the 7th. I'll never recommend capital one to anyone else after the way they treated me unfairly over my entire situation and if it happens again my attorneys ready to take action on my behalf and file a lawsuit against capital one because they were so unprofessional about the way they handled the situation and to treat anyone especially when I've been a customer of them for many years isn't very committed to professionalism and completely disrespectful to a good customer, I'm not the identity thief ok. I'm the victim of identity theft and I have every single right to be pissed off and believe I am very beyond pissed off this time and I better not be treated like that again or it's definitely going to be in court and that's all I have to say. I don't deserve that kind of treatment for something I had no knowledge or control over
