You make it impossible to check my account

You guys are idiots. I tried to log in to my account, and you said the password was wrong. It's an almost-brand new password and I'm pretty sure I didn't render it improperly. Then you said you were sending me a 6 digit password and you posted the numbers 123456. And of course (no surprise there) you said that wasn't a 6 digit password. How is it possible for 123456 not to be six digits? In the meantime, I'm still not in my password. I'm about ready to take my business somewhere else. This isn't the first time something similar has been pulled on my when I tried to check my status.

Credit report unauthorized inquiries

I called Capital One which is doing unauthorized inquires using my name per my annual Equifax credit report. I spoke with seven different people on four different phone calls, three of them were dropped by them! The last one was transferred four times. Finally, they told me that if I did choose not to give my social security number, they could not help me. I know this is a LIE since I had to call other companies to put a stop to other inquiries! I will need to fill out a form to send back to Equifax in order for them to research this info. Do not do business with this company since they are fishing for unauthorized info and selling your life! This is FRAUD!

I have not received my replacement card yet and I need it

My card was canceled because someone had hacked my account I told the representative I needed a card right away because I have automatic payments coming out of my account he said that I would have my next one soon and when I called this time they hadnt sent it out yet and it had been several weeks my phone was shut off my Roku TV streaming system was shut off I use your card because Id like what it offers me but I cannot tolerate anything like this happening again because it cost me extra money to re-activate my accounts I did not think the capital one Cabelas card would leave me hanging like that after I talk to them and told them my issue theyve always been really good before

After providing All documentation Capital One sent me a letter reading if I now wanted my money back it is me who has to contact PayPal. PayPal sent an email reading they released all funds held by them, so where is my money?

I supplied every document required and Capital One gave me money to Wigsdo even though I provided undisputed proof (video from Post Office when package was refused) that I received nothing from this company. Capital One was provided a return address and tracking number and located the package being returned and still gave Wigsdo $487 of my money.

User's recommendation: Try ALLY Bank. They have a better APY anyway.

Customer service call line

I attempted to call customer service several times. I get prompted from the automated system to get transferred to a customer service rep. When the call is transferred, it will ring once then there is dead silence for a few seconds to a couple minutes, then the call disconnects. So I am unable to get through and speak to a customer service rep.

Locked card

Tried to buy soccer tickets in London. Got a fraud alert asking me to verify its me. I did. Then they made me call them. I did. Meanwhile the ticket prices climbed 400 bucks while they refused to let me buy tickets! I even sent them a copy of my drivers license! Then they locked my account. Three weeks later they still have my account locked and want me to MAIL in my DL, and bill copies in my name To prove its me. Then they said 7-10 days after that, theyll get back with my. *** this Cap One. Im done. You suck.
