Capital One in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan - Pay off the charge card and I got a bill today

After telling the bank, that someone had stolen my Credit card, I was given credit for the things that I did not buy and that was in October and in November I got another new charge card, I cut the card up and told them that I did not want any account with capital one bank and I mailed it back to them. Every time that I called the customer Service people, they are in India and NO one is ever in the United States. so today, I got a bill in the mail and it was over $300.00 and I had paid off the account and after, I got credit for the things that I did not buy. Now, all of the credit is gone and I am charged a late fee and interest for non payment for all of the things that was charged to my account

Capital One in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Treated like ***

I have doubled my income and raised my credit score and captial on will not raise my credit limit they said they are not raising anyones limit and I told them no one does business that way. I charged 25-30k last year and they charged the vendors 2-3 percent off my business. BY not raising my limit they keep my credit score lower and limit my growth and income. Big business is never there to help the small business man just their fat cat croinies. The goverment and big business are squeezing the *** out of the little man. We all need to get what we have worked hard for.

Credit is a luxury not a right, and NO credit lender HAS to increase your credit line. NOT A SINGLE ONE. And YES, businesses DO in fact work that way.

Capital One in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi - Dear President Obama Please Help the working Class

Capitol Credit cards are undermining people who are working hard to maintain and improve their credit. They are intentionally taking advantage of customers with good payment history. They promise in increase their credit line on a new account after seven months of good payment history. They also charge hidden annual and a stated annual fee for these cards. Extortion at it best! I have a Capitol One Credit card from three years ago that they will not increase the credit line from the original amount. I have perfect payment history and my credit rating is 100 point higher now that it was three years ago. This has to be dealt with with a class Action suit. They are slime! Would some one with some clout and power that is not a big banker do something!!!

CAPITAL ONE

CAPITAL ONE IS THE MOST FRAUD COMPANY EVER. THEY ALLOWED A CHARGED TO GO THROUGH OF 200$ ON MY ACCOUNT WHEN I ONLY HAD 80$ CREDIT. INSTEAD OF DECLINING THIS CHARGE THEY ALLOWED IT TO GO THROUGH TWICE!!!!! I WAS CREDITED FOR THE FIRST BUT NOW THE SECOND ONE THEY ARE SAYING ITS MY FAULT, HOW SO? IF I ONLY HAVE 80$ CREDIT HOW IS OK FOR THEM TO CHARGE MORE WHEN THEY PLEASE? I CALLED ALL DAY TODAY AND IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE. TRANSFERRING CALLS BACK AND FORTH, DROPPING MY CALL, TELLING ME ITS MY FAULT. NO ITS NOT MINE. IF I HAVE 100$ WHY IS IT OKAY FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MORE AND PUT ME IN DEBT? ALL THEY KEPT SAYING IS WELL SOMETIMES, THERES A LI-WAY. A LI-WAY IS 5-20$ NOW 200% MORE THAN WHAT I HAVE IN MY CARD. IM DIGUSTED BY THIS COMPANY.

From my experience with Capital One, they are almost always willing to wave an over the limit fee if it is the first time. After that, they suggest that you change your credit card preferences so that your card will be rejected if a new charge would put it over the limit. That's how Capital Ones makes some extra money, preying on the ignorance of the poor card user.

Capital One lowers credit limit, charges "overlimit fee"

My HBC credit card was issued to me with a limit of $2000.00 some years ago. I used it a few times, and always paid off the balance when due, but haven't used it for a couple of years. Capital One took over HBC's credit business. With no communication to me, they lowered my credit limit to $10 (that's TEN). After I made a purchase of $11.76 (nothing was said at the till about my credit limit) they charged me an "overlimit fee" of $29. What a scam! One phone call fixed the problem; they agreed to "waive the overlimit fee for me." However, I closed the account. Concerned about my credit rating (which is perfect), I got a copy of my credit report, only to find that Capital One had accessed it as recently as August. I guess they thought I was good for $29.

Capital One Credit Cards

For over 10 I pleaded with cap 1 about my billing and unrealistic extra charges never being satisfied all the way to the top or as far as they let me go. Finally around '05 I started trying to pay them off and let them give me a figure and they said 1700 bucs and I paid and they came back saying I owed another 2000 bucs after arguing I paid that when they asked for money a third time I yelled and screamed fraud over another 1000 bucs which I paid. Last yr, '11, I received a tax noticed saying I gained income from cap 1 of 2000 bucs which I had to pay taxes on, talked to cap 1 again with no satisfaction and in dire straights I finally paid the tax and believe it or not they are now mailing me to get a cap 1 credit card for which I now have to give my life story to get them to take me off their list so they can sell my address to another, more junk mails a-comin' .............

This is the stupideat thing I've ever read. How is it that the people who complain are the idiots who don't know what a simple intereat loan is.

It's them same with a mortgage so this person in for a big surprise if they ever get behind on one.

With a simple interest loan you pay interest daily & if you get behind you are paying interest in the days or months you are behind.

And just so you know with every loan whether personal or simple interest, the inter gets paid first than the princible.

So if you were only paying interest than you accured more interest being late than that payment amount was.

Paying only interest left nothing for the princible balance.

People should really understand financing before signing for a car, home, or credit card. And never sign for loan without giving yourself some financial cushion just in case you fall on hard times.

If you have a mechanical break down after having the car for a while, don't be surprised if the lian company still wants their money that month.

That is just good responsible managing of finances.

I typically run between $30-50k/month through my Capital One card and pay the balance every month. I am in the process of applying for a large loan within the next few days and wanted to be sure the balance would post to my credit report as close to zero as possible...

I just had a horrible experience with POS094 Winston.

I called Capital One to transfer miles from a Visa to a MasterCard.

The next day my vendors are calling saying the MasterCard is declining charges. I find out that Capital One has cancelled the MasterCard. I call to tell them that I just wanted miles transferred to the MC and never requested the card to be cancelled.

I get Winston POS094, on the line and he says that the primary card holder called to cancel the card and there is nothing he can do and that all the miles on that card (a lot!!) will be LOST! I ask him, "Why would I transfer miles to a card and then cancel it, that doesn't make sense." He repeats, "The primary card holder called to cancel. We have a record of that call. There is nothing that can be done." I tell him again, I did not cancel the card. He repeats.... I try to explain again, He repeats..... Again and again, how ever I try to explain, Winston responds like he is reading a script "We have a record of the primary card holder calling to cancel....) I ask to speak to his supervisor and he says he doesn't have one, that he is the top person I can talk to. (Really??) This round and round goes on for quite some time until I am SO FRUSTRATED that I drop an F-Bomb. Winston says he is going to hang up on me for using bad language and that this call is being recorded. I say, "Great, since these calls are recorded, play back the call I made to transfer the miles and you will see that I didn't cancel the card." Winston says he doesn't have access to the calls (wait, isn't he the top supervisor?) and that his records show that the primary card holder called to cancel...... So, I hang up and call the Rewards Customer Service, ask for a supervisor and Guess What?!?, The card gets reopened and the miles are safe. Just that easy. Moral of the story. If you don't get the service you need, keep calling until you get someone with a brain.

If your girlfriend is old enough to be pregnant, she is old enough to handle her own problems. If you have a brother that is an attorney, what are you a high school drop out?

Your spelling, sentence structure, etc. indicates that you don't have much education.

If your girlfriend is pregnant why is she your girlfriend and not your wife? There is also more to this story than you are telling or might not even know.
