Totally disagree Alex....I work in The Banking Industry....you take out a loan and agree to make payments on Their Due Day.they don't care about anyone's excuses! We listen to it everyday! And that one late paymnent will affect your Credit Report!

I opened a capital one debit card account at the beginning of the month. Received only a welcome email. Was able to check my account online...up until the day I made a deposit. On the day my money was deposited, they decided to put a "hold" on my account AFTER they...

I PAID 90 pounds for a loadable capital one card as I did NOT want any more debt and my credit rating was bad. The idea was to load it before going on holiday so I couldn't spend what I didn't have! I now OWE over 370 and have a debt agency chasing me!

Capital One in Milton, Florida - No customer sevice @ Capitol One Auto

Many times I've gotten calls from Capitol One Auto Finance and there is a foreign national speaking that is not understandable because his/her English is so heavily accented. Just this morning, I told he gentleman I had to hang up because I couldn't understand him. I ask him several times to let me speak to someone I could understand. He did not. Thing is, this isn't the first time. Invariably with Capitol One Auto Finance this happens. If they were a little more interested in cutomer satisfaction, they could easily alleviate this problem. Thanks for letting me vent, because COAF flat doesn't care.

I've been charged over $2,000.00 in OD fees by Cap One the past three months because they are paying debits before processing credits. My online bank statement indicates I have/had a positive balance but yet I keep getting charged the fees. This only started...

Regions Bank does EXACTLY the same thing. I've had almost $1,000.00 in NSF fees since January and I have NEVER in 35 years of banking EVER bounced a check. I am moving my account but, what can be done to protect others and/or get my money back?

***Also, the repo guy that they sent loaded up my Chevy HHR, which is front wheel drive, by its rear wheels then dragged the vehicle over 1000 yards across a busy street. While dragging the vehicle, he proceeded to demolish the entire front end of the car. The entire...

If you purchase a car and agree to make the payments, you should make them. I you cannot make the payments, you are at their mercy because you did not keep your word regardless of why. :?

Capital One in Phoenix, Arizona - Cannot log into my account to check current statement.

Your log in keeps throwing me out due to incorrect name and/or password. Please help me get in and then continue getting in to my account whenever I choose. This is not the first time this situation has occurred and frankly I am ready to get rid of this particular credit card. You state at the bottom of this form that over 100 changes have been made this year to your web site. Please find a format and then stick to it so that your account customers can get in whenever they should choose. Please be consistent in your log in's.

Capital one sucks

Capital one lost my payment and i have never been late. I send copies of money orders and traced them they came back cashed by capital one but yet they dnt know where the money orders are or what happened to them. they told me it would be an invegestion to look for them but, yet still nothing with harassing calls and threating letters but they cant find my money and representives are so rude on the phone and only want to collect payments instead of looking for the payments that should be there. My account was always current and on time and now out of the blue they cant find my money. they have statments from money order company who traced it and what bank, day, and time they cashed it and where it went and they still cant find my money that is crazy *** ***. *** capital one. for real.

Capital One

Capital One, increased up my credit card rate from 7.9% to 17.9%. This I heard is a common practice to lock consumers into the *** of no return, as the drain every single dime. The first month I discovered this, I paid my account off in full. This was over 10,000... I had this luxury, but sadly this fraudulent act is done to many who don't have this kind of cash-flow. After, I paid it off in full, I ask them to refund the difference between the two rate cause I was not aware of the rate increase since I had been an excellent consumer. What was very telling, is the refusal. What was clear is their action did exactly what it was intended to do! Shake me down for extra money! On another note.. I used one of the (0) zero interest checks, only to discovered after tow months that instead of (o)zero rate, they charged me at the rate of 18%, along with charging a transaction fee. As far as I'm concerned, Capital One is at the top of the fraudulent credit companies in the world! I for one, have cancelled my credit with them and will never use them ever!!!!

CAPITAL ONE AUTO=LIARS

Back in 2006 I lost my job and in turn had my vehicle repo'd. I never heard a word from them telling me I had a balance that was owed. It was listed as a charge-off and showed a 0 balance, not with the other 2. Anyway I agreed to pay off the balance (after some negotiating) and did so. I was told that as soon as the payment was received it would be REMOVED ENTIRELY from my credit report, 2 months later it is still there, their customer service sucks at best, nothing but NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING ARABS who you cannot begin to understand and do nothing but give you the run around. TAKE MY ADVICE!!! DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME!!! IT WOULD BE FASTER IF YOU WAIT THE 7 YEARS!!!!! I only did it so I could move forward with my home loan which the house I was buying was sold in the meantime, all because they will not report it to the credit bureaus as being paid.. YOU WIN CAPITAL ONE YOU GOT MY MONEY... I LOST OUT ON THE HOUSE I WANTED TO BUY.... AND YOU STILL KEEP POUNDING IT IN MY ***... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.... YOU WIN.. I GIVE UP...

Repossessions stay on your credit report record for 7 years from the date of repossession. That goes for anyone. Give it 7 years and it will drop off.
