Capital One - DirectPay run around

I attempted to set up a Direct Pay with COAF and kept getting it kicked backed as "Unable To Verify Account" This happened 2 times after each I called and set it up again and they phone rep said everything was fine. I even verified it with them a THIRD time while sitting in the bank with my banker one the same call. A week later I got the same letter saying the account could not be verified. This is craszy incompetence on COAF as I have two Capital One credit cards, A Spark Biz card and personal card Both of which I've made payments out of the same account with no problems...soooooo... My advice avoid Capital One Auto Financing they are incompetent and will cost you much time and possibly money as you attempt to solve THEIR PROBLEMS and Inabilities

I've had account for all most a year perfect pay off.. requested increase was simply told no!! Even when I threatened to cancel card and tell all 350 associates I work with answer no! I'm done! I'll pay my last bill in full... as I always have!! And tell everyone to NEVER SIGN UP WITH YOU GUYS!!!!

Capital One - Declined ATM withdrawal

Details
Made a cash advance in Bali for 1.5 million Indonesian Rupiah. Declined. Tried two or three more times for the same or lesser amounts. Declined. Moved to a new ATM and received my funds. Get back home and see I have to TWO charges for the same 1.5 million. I disputed the charge, but then three weeks later it was rebilled and they say there is nothing that they can do! An ATM log from the bank was sent to Capital One with just my one transaction of 1.5 million. Great no luck in trying to prove I'd tried different amounts and been denied. Plus, I cant file a fraud charge now for the cash advance because I already filed a dispute.

Capital One - Code to Cell phone that can only be registered to exact name on account

This company is not smart or savvy enough to realize that some people do not register their cell phone under the exact name listed on their Capital One account. Because of this, I am unable to access my account on line from a computer that has accessed my Capital One account for the previous two years. Who set up their security parameters and where were they educated? How about security questions? How about clearing my laptop since I've been accessing my account from it for the past two years? When I call the number listed for technical assistance, the person on the other end has an accent so strong they can not be understood. All I did understand from the call was that he can not assist me. Great Customer Service.

I called on the 14th of January to request copies of my statments from the time that my account was opened. They said they could go back to 2010. Great. It WAS to take 7-10 business days to recieve information. Today is February 1st. Rep said that they sent me 2016 statments. (Accout has been paid off since April.) Thats not what I asked for. So now apparently i need to wite a letter requesting the information. While getting the address she said it can come via mail or fax. Lucky thing i was listening to her to catch the fax part. Bottom line is that it is going to take 3 days to process the fax and another 7-10 days to get it in the mail. Hopefully it comes! I love it when the reps tell you that they understand your frustrations. Yeah right. Just do your job and make YOUR customers happy. Customer relationship is important.
