After notifying them that we had not received statements thy said they were aware tha our statement were bouncing. The person on the phone said let me do a refresh.

Bingo, now they suddeny can get through. Why no one refreshed before this is beyond me. We scheduled a payment in full for the due date showing on the account. Today our card bounced at a local restaurant because they said we were past due, a situation they caused.

they said our card was on hold.

I told them the card was on hold here as well. You know what they can due.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $11.

Preferred solution: Communicate and train your people.
