Capital One - Marked credit without any communication

Marked credit and was past due after making both payments using their pay by phone system. They never pulled the payments and I didn't notice. They would take no responsibility. Also not a single call,email anything. I called once I noticed and the were awful. I am paying them both off and will never use them again. Stay away from this company.
