Of course, your bank is going to say it wasn't them just as C1 would say the same thing. This is a great post on how not to handle your finances.

Had you kept an eye on your account, you would have noticed the money was still there and figured out why. You had a minimum of 30 days to have seen this and took care of it. #YourFault Now, what is it about you people calling and thinking the agent or the magic manager is going to override a computer and lose their jobs. Compose a well-written letter, explain the circumstances and as for a courtesy reversal.

OR Dispute this with the credit agencies. If you're lucky, they won't respond and you'll be clear.

Be a human being. You have no gain causing someone's credit harm other than being a jerk. It is 2019, if you have alerts set up they should function properly. Because of your company I will be required to pay a higher interest rate on my student loans.

LOL... It's funny how people believe "customer service" means getting their way all the time.

I'm going to help you... Pull your terms, the terms YOU agreed to and find the "work with me clause" or any other back up that mitigates your obligation under the terms, YOU agreed to and you're golden. Compare your "situation" to the terms and you'll be fine. If not, stop whining and wasting people's time.

There are customers waiting on the phone with REAL issues that have to wait because you're harranguing the staff and thing that the magical manager will overturn the decision based on a policy they must follow if they want to keep their jobs. Also, just because other companies "worked with you"(are you a dead beat, this is dead beat lingo) doesn't mean everyone else will.

OK, this is the part where people like you enjoy saying "you must work for them." Lastly, it's clear you have no life...How much is your time worth? It must be worth only $14.95 per hour.

Capital One - Worst customer service and cannot handle fraud incident effectively

I had a fraud transactions in my account that I had reported and was reversed in the next statement. After their investigation apparently I was responsible to all the charges and charged me back. I spoke with Capital One and would not listen to my explanation and directly telling me I was not in good faith. They were not so helpful and assumed that I'm lying for an immaterial amount of transactions. The company is not professional and do not know how to analyze a customer spending and could not detect a fraud and would ultimately blame it on you. It is not my loss, it's their loss as I'm done with this card company.

Capital One - Credit card bill delivered to WRONG ADDRESS

I did not receive my payment bill because it was delivered to the wrong address by the post office. The only reason I found out was the post office delivered their package to me. That’s why I’m righting you too let you know that I may be late with my monthly payment and that expect not too be penalized for the people at the post office not being able too read! Secondly, they don't care if the PO misdelivered your mail. You best get on the phone and make a payment if you don't want late fees.

LOL...No one cares about you passing anything around. You were denied for credit cards by 6 banks according to your banal and lame complaint.

Rather than whining and talking about getting the word out, you best pull your credit and clean up any mistakes that lead these banks to think you're a bad risk. Anyone trying to apply for a bunch of cards from 6 different banks IS A RISK that no one wants to take. As to the reps, they know what's going on with you but don't have the time to fool with people who think they can talk enough to override the system or worse yet, get the manager who will put their job at risk for you. To them, you're a time waster Just to be clear, you're just a voice on the phone that the computer said don't fool with.

They have no remorse because it's not on them to make the decision.

If you're so financially sound, pay cash and move on with life. I'll bet the next thing you say is "you must work for them."

So help me out here. The rep and the manager couldn't find you and you have a histrionic spell?

Gotcha... Makes total sense. Look, if they can't find you, they can't find you. What do you want them to do, build a whole new system to look you up?

Something was wrong when you called, try back or waddle down to the mailbox and put your payment in the mail. One comment/question...Please tell me your account with them was current and you're not getting around to paying them after a long time? You know, waiting until after you get a collection notice and then want to deal with the original people. This is one reason off the top of my head that an "ACTIVE" account can't be found, it was charged off and sent out.

It's up to you to decide if you'll pay(and who?) or not. If your credit means nothing to you, don't pay them.

If it does, lick a stamp and get it in the mail. "You must work for them."
