Capital One - Capital on is a joke

Just got off the phone with one of there departments and was given the run around because in New Brunswick they got hit with a snow storm today and that my issue couldn’t be taken care of .... when you tell them it’s winter and we live in Canada which happens every year they ask you to be polite and then hang up on you
