On April 22, 2021 I made a deposit of $100 for a Capital One Mastercard. On May 3rd, 2021 I received a letter from Capital One stating there was a problem processing my security deposit and when I'm ready to make a deposit again to contact 800-219-**** or go to your website.
On May 3, 2021 I tried to access my account and I couldn't get into it, so I called capital one and spoke with Amanda (bbf632) and she stated that I couldn't make another deposit due to the deadline. The problem is I did my application in a timely manner also, why did capital one send me a letter informing me to still make a deposit if I couldn't? Basically, I have to re-apply and capital one is going to run my CREDIT again?
Unfair to the customers! Capital One system stated I successfully made a payment only for me to receive a letter stating there was a problem!
