Capital One is trying to get me to pay for a fraud charge to my account that I did NOT make. I have been on the phone with these people for about six hours waiting at least 30 minutes at a time.

I get Oh I'm so sorry for this they don't have an answer and usually pass me off to another ***. They will not get you to Billing a manager or someone that might help you. I even had one of them tell me when I asked will this charge ever go away and he responded probably NOT? well tell me that would not crank you up.

The outsource person I spoke with last was suppose to be someone in billing Wrong! he told me that they credited my account and that I would have to pay $58.39?

I said for what I didn't get anything from this nothing extra money to my account? Bottom line is if I pay the $58.39 I'm just handing them $58.39 and would be paying for the fraud charge?

Preferred solution: Remove the payment from my account!!!.
