I had to charges on my credit card- both online purchases. One- was a small charge ~$28.00 but the 2nd one was over $4,000.00.

The $28 one from Claire's Jewelry- I never received the product. Multiple emails to their online support (the only way to contact), refused to refund my money or investigate where my items were sent. The big one was with Lufthansa. I received an email with confirmation of my refund, but have not rceived it in 20 days.

Emails & phone calls to a live person did not help. I only kept getting the same answer- it was process and refunded. I called Capital One and explained the situation with both charges.The very helpful customer service person filed disputes with both companies.

I do have wait up 90 days for final resolution but in the meantime, they have credited my account. Hats off to Capital One

I have not received a refund or card. I was approved online for a card and the deposit of $200 was taken from my account.

A few days later I received a letter saying that my card was not approved. So where is my refund?

When to come to make a payment, your phone service doesn't want you to make any payment in anyway whether you used any phone number and that could make you pay late and resulting late payment and goes to your credit score, my suggestion to you is to fix the issue with the phones, because you don't know when someone can make a payment, that the same thing happened to me during the weekend and today
