I called Capital One for a balance transfer. The representative that assisted me was hesitating and speaking to me like she had no clue about what I was requesting.after been on hold for several minutes she comes back to the phone and tells me she cannot find the account I requested the balance transfer for and disconnects the call. I call back a gentleman tells me there's a transaction pending for 1k which the original request was for 10k and in the middle of our conversation tells me that they are doing system updates and again call gets disconnected
