Had an account for over 30 years. House was flooded and lost all paperwork.
Account with $20000 limit was over due for $110 and they froze my account. What kind of inconsiderate people run this company? just lost a long term customer over a few dollars. Customer service rep.
threatened to stop the call the second he did not like what I was saying. Has to be the worst service people I have ever talked to.
Can't imagine how they ever keep any decent customers with those kind of people working for them. I will never have a Capitol One account again if they were the only company on Earth.
