The automatic payment request was processed incorrectly and the minimum taken out instead of the total balance. Called & it was difficult to fix easily. Still not fixed the next statement and charged finance charge.
Auto payment requests or changes take 6-8 weeks to process (totally unacceptable).
Called to reduce credit limit and received a letter stating that our credit *increase* had been denied and reported to credit agencies. Wrote to them regarding this error and rcd. a form letter that had nothing to do with their error.
Called to redeem points and redemption clerk was rude and difficult to work with.
Liked their free overseas transaction policy, but now that my Chase cards offer this, will not put up with Capital One's repeatedly poor service.
