Applied a second time and was approve for a 24.99 intrest rate for 300$ . Im building my credit. I started at a 515, got to a 580 and capital one has brought me back to a 574... I will get a card somewheres and let everyone i know to get every penny out of this ruthless to big to fail institution!

You could have made hundreds, thousands and more!

"droping my credit score 6 points" How did they drop your score 6 points? To say it' s because you moved your little change is stupid at best.

More than likely, you ran your little $300.00 limit to the max and messed up your credit utilization score. That would account for a quick drop that should rise the second you pay it down to 25% of the credit limit. I'm guessing anywhere you try to get a pre-paid credit card you'll get the same deal. The reason is your credit report probably has so much going on it's not even funny.

As far as the charge to cash a check, welcome to the 21st century. I can't think of a bank who won't charge a non member(you said you closed your account) money to cash a check. OK...

Let me know how I must work for (insert company). Want you
