Capital One - Customer service sucks

I filed a complaint against a merchant who charged me for a service that they did not complete the merchant sent a copy of the receipt I sent a letter from the contact person that I was dealing with at the company and she kept apologizing for work not being done sent receipt from new merchant stating that I still had problems with unit that were never repaired they sided with merchant and are charging me for work that was not done I contacted capital one to once again dispute the charge hey said the would contact me that was in oct every time I contact capital one I get the run around horrible customer service
