I tired and tried to cooperate with the fraud dept at capital one nothing happens .They tell me that I had to send another copy of my social security card and my id they can't read it its to blurry.So i ask the woman on the phone how big should I make it,Igot no answer .I have not use my cards in a year they have a 0 balance.Still nothing.This company is horrible .

Of course, your bank is going to say it wasn't them just as C1 would say the same thing. This is a great post on how not to handle your finances.

Had you kept an eye on your account, you would have noticed the money was still there and figured out why. You had a minimum of 30 days to have seen this and took care of it. #YourFault Now, what is it about you people calling and thinking the agent or the magic manager is going to override a computer and lose their jobs. Compose a well-written letter, explain the circumstances and as for a courtesy reversal.

OR Dispute this with the credit agencies. If you're lucky, they won't respond and you'll be clear.

Be a human being. You have no gain causing someone's credit harm other than being a jerk. It is 2019, if you have alerts set up they should function properly. Because of your company I will be required to pay a higher interest rate on my student loans.

LOL... It's funny how people believe "customer service" means getting their way all the time.

I'm going to help you... Pull your terms, the terms YOU agreed to and find the "work with me clause" or any other back up that mitigates your obligation under the terms, YOU agreed to and you're golden. Compare your "situation" to the terms and you'll be fine. If not, stop whining and wasting people's time.

There are customers waiting on the phone with REAL issues that have to wait because you're harranguing the staff and thing that the magical manager will overturn the decision based on a policy they must follow if they want to keep their jobs. Also, just because other companies "worked with you"(are you a dead beat, this is dead beat lingo) doesn't mean everyone else will.

OK, this is the part where people like you enjoy saying "you must work for them." Lastly, it's clear you have no life...How much is your time worth? It must be worth only $14.95 per hour.
