New expired card

I paid my bike 3 minutes after 8pm and they charged me a 40$ late fee. Because it was 8:03. Then my card broke, and these *** sent me a new expired card! How careless can you be?!

Poor business practices

I disputed charges 5 times and they reversed my credits every single time. Amazon failed to deliver an item yet they claim it's delivered. Capital One simply don't have customer's back when the customer is right. Hours wasted without a positive outcome.

Would not allow me to change my email address without a cell phone. My new address is in a quite cell phone area,

Mainly customer service and continually saying my password was wrong when it was the same one used for several years, My local bank ask me three security questions:(1) name of your first dog, (2) house number on your first house and (3) where did your mom ad dad meet. Problem solved

Disabled, with memory loss, which, you have been notified for years! Despite knowing this, and, using the same device and I.P. Address, you keep fighting me to gain access. I have documented the years of this reoccurring issue, that has happened over numerous devices. It's a Capital One Issue! Security can't come at the expense of functionality! Please resolve this matter, after years of complaints about the matter!
