Ronnie, employee id w252, was very rude, unprofessional, yelled, refused to address problem with an old account, refused to acknowledge or to check the confirmation number that I was previously given, and refused to provide me with a supervisor's name or to make a transfer to a supervisor.

I will not do any more business with this company. I wrote the CEO at rich.fairbank@capitalone.com.

Ronnie, employee id w252, Capital One Credit Card company, needs a new job, but don't hire him because he's incompetent, rude, repeats his script over and over and over. Good-luck "Ronnie!"
