My credit card got stolen last week. I tried to cancel the card the instant the incident happened, yet I could not cancel the credit card on the app.

I called them up and the process to cancel by phone took forever. After that, it has been a week and the replacement credit card has not arrived. I called them again and apparently it will take an other 6 days for it to arrive.

It is the most ridiculous thing to wait 2 weeks for a replacement card! They are very unreliable and have an unproductive customer service.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Capital One Cons: Poorly handled.

you can report a lost or stolen card in the automated phone system and request an card for fed ex to you in 2 days. OR access the website on your phone through your browser not the app. us post office delivery can be unreliable
