Capital One wasted 2 months of my time for a secured card application. provided no feedback as to my application status, told me all docs submitted were ok only to find out they weren't , had me under the impression that I the proof provided was suffice and had me play the waiting game to follow-up.

horrible experience and worst phone service ive encountered in years. Employees don't seem to know *** about whats required when applying with their company and show a lack of concern or care when confronted of their ignorance.

now I'm 2months behind on building my credit. Capital One, thank you for the inquiry ding, waste of time, energy and lack of employee knowledge.

What kind of person has to provide documents for a credit card? You go online, sign up and it's in your box in a few days assuming you're credit worthy.

Maybe you should try Credit One instead.
