Took over 5 days to solve a simple balance problem.Not even the supervisor could authorize a simple balance adjustment.

So much time wasted. Frustration with Capital One personnel and its far away call centers.

Capital One needs to train its staff in the use of good common sense. I did receive 5 letters explaining that the situation had been cleared up. There are other credit card carriers that provide much better service.

One might try using American Express or Discover card, or a credit union.

The commercial "what's in your wallet" is a total

time waste.Stay away from Capital One
